How to use AI Concierge
Click on the red mark “AI Concierge” on the homepage or scan the QR code with your smartphone, and the AI concierge will start up. Please tell the AI concierge what you want to ask by chatting (text message). Depending on the question, you may have to choose between options or be connected with a staffed operator. When you are finished, be sure to close the AI Concierge page on the homepage. You will then be able to start a new conversation from the beginning. Enjoy your questions and conversations.

Also, you can connect to the manned chat room from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays except for holidays.
