There is no age limit for admission. However, in some places, there are spaces that limit the age range for use.

Can people other than Ichihara citizens use the facilities?
Yes, the museum can be used by people outside of Ichihara City. Visitors from outside the city can also use the facilities.

Is there an admission fee?
There is no admission fee. Some events and performances may require an admission fee or a materials fee.

Is the museum accessible to people with disabilities?
Of course. We hold events in which children with disabilities can participate, and we also offer childcare consultation services for parents.

Is there a place to change diapers?
Diapers can be changed in the restrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. There are also diaper changing sheets in the common space in the nursing room.

How much is the parking fee?
There is no fee.

What are the available hours of the parking lot?
Please use the parking lot during the opening hours of Miraikan.

Are there restrooms for children?
Yes, there are restrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.

Are there restrooms for everyone?
Yes, there are restrooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available in the entrance hall. Please feel free to use it.

Can I charge batteries in the facility?
No, you cannot use the power outlets in the facility for personal use.

Can I borrow a wheelchair?
Wheelchairs are available for rent to visitors to the ICHIHARA Children’s Museum.

Are coin lockers available?
No, we do not have coin lockers.

Is there a store?
No, we do not have a store.

Is there a smoking area?
There is no smoking area in the Children’s Museum of the Future. Smoking is not permitted on the premises, so please use the smoking areas nearby.
